Finance Manager – Band 7

This role is within Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.

• Making significant contributions to the business planning and financial monitoring processes.
• Leading on annual and periodic budget setting.
• Overseeing the production of monthly budget statements and variance analysis.
• Coordinating the production of financial forecasts.

• Qualified with PQE at senior level within healthcare.
• Experience from NHS, public or commercial sectors.
• Ability to advise and influence people.
• Proven track record of operating at a senior level.

• CCAB qualified accountant with post qualification experience at a Senior level within a Healthcare Finance Department.
• Postgraduate degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills.

• Good understanding of the key operational and financial challenges facing Acute NHS Trusts and managing staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and ability to manipulate and interrogate large databases/datasets.

• Track record of achievements and delivering work to tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of operating effectively at a senior level within the Finance Function.
