Location: Greater London
I am currently mandated on an exciting M&A Execution opportunity at the Associate and VP level in London, within a strong M&A team. They are one of the worlds leading global financial institutions and known for deep sector expertise and a collaborative working culture.
What you’ll do:- Lead deal execution from diligence through close
- Manage cross‑functional deal teams and client materials
- Navigate both public market process and private deal mechanics
- Associate: 3+ years in M&A/investment banking; VP: 6+ years with deal leadership experience
- Must have experience across public and private transactions
- Strong modelling and valuation skills
