Vice President – Digital Infrastructure M&A | Leading Investment Bank

The Role:

As VP, you will play a pivotal role in originating and executing complex sell‑side, buy‑side and capital raise mandates for corporates, sponsors and infrastructure funds. You will take ownership of live transactions end‑to‑end, lead and mentor a team of Associates and Analysts, and act as a key point of client contact alongside the senior bankers. There is a clear runway to Director and beyond for the right individual, with genuine exposure to MDs and Heads of Sector from day one.

Lead day‑to‑day execution across the full deal lifecycle, including financial modelling oversight, due diligence, drafting of marketing materials and negotiation support. Drive client dialogue and contribute to origination efforts through proactive idea generation, pitch development and market mapping. Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring high standards across all work streams. Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors and counter parties across the Digital Infrastructure ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be a current VP or a strong, ready‑now Associate at a bulge bracket, elite boutique or leading advisory firm, with a demonstrable track record in M&A execution. Direct experience in Digital Infrastructure, Telecoms, Infrastructure or broader TMT is strongly preferred, though candidates from generalist M&A backgrounds with a genuine interest in the sector will be considered. You will combine exceptional technical skills with commercial judgement, polished client presence and the ambition to build a long‑term career in the sector.

A strong academic background and fluency in English are essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
