- Review, enhance and optimise complex asset-level financial models received from external advisers, ensuring they accurately reflect operational performance and strategic objectives
- Deliver scenario analysis and financial modelling to support refinancing exercises, capital structure optimisation and value creation initiatives across the portfolio
- Partner closely with Asset Management teams to assess asset performance, operational drivers and strategic opportunities
- Support the evaluation and modelling of new investment vehicles, fund structures and product launches
- Develop investor-facing models and analysis to support fundraising activity and engagement with existing and prospective investors

- Deliver ad hoc modelling and analytical projects for senior leadership, including the executive team
- Support the continued automation and evolution of reporting and analytical processes across the organisation
Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
