Job Description

We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially-minded Product Principal to join our Strategy, Product and Marketing team. This role sits within Active Fixed Income Product and plays a key part in shaping and delivering a client-focused product offering across a global platform. You’ll be responsible for driving the development and ongoing management of active fixed income and liquidity products across a range of structures, working closely with investment, distribution and operational teams.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact product strategy, supporting business growth while ensuring strong governance and positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the design and delivery of active fixed income and liquidity product initiatives across multiple fund structures
  • Managing end-to-end product lifecycle activity including launches, enhancements, mergers and closures
  • Driving product development projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery against key milestones
  • Ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory frameworks and internal product policies
  • Reviewing the product range to assess commercial viability and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Providing technical product expertise across areas such as regulation, structure, positioning and distribution channels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, service providers and external partners
  • Monitoring market, competitor and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and innovation
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in asset management product strategy, development and lifecycle management
  • Expertise in active fixed income strategies and a good understanding of liquidity products
  • Knowledge of fund structures including UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs and separately managed accounts
  • Experience delivering product launches and managing funds across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Solid understanding of product governance, regulation and risk frameworks
  • Proven project management capability across complex, high-profile initiatives
  • Degree qualified or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA advantageous
