Central London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
Morson Edge are delighted to be partnering with a well‑established and growing specialist bank as they look to appoint a Relationship Manager into their Structured Real Estate team in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate finance professional to join a collaborative and high‑performing environment, working on complex and interesting transactions across the UK real estate market. The successful individual will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, analysing new lending opportunities, overseeing existing portfolios and supporting the delivery of the bank’s wider growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and developing a portfolio of Structured Real Estate relations.
- Originating and analysing new lending opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting credit proposals to the Credit Committee.
- Conducting annual reviews and ongoing portfolio management.
- Undertaking discounted stressed cash flow modelling and covenant analysis.
- Identifying early warning indicators and supporting workout strategies where required.
- Working closely with Credit, Risk and other internal stakeholders to deliver transactions efficiently.
- Maintaining strong relationships with brokers, introducers and external stakeholders.
- Supporting cross‑selling opportunities across the wider banking product suite.
- Previous experience within Real Estate Finance, Structured Finance or Commercial Banking.
- Strong understanding of the UK real estate finance market.
- Experience preparing credit papers and presenting transactions.
- Knowledge of cash flow modelling, covenant management and portfolio monitoring.
- Comfortable operating within a regulated banking environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree educated or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Salary up to £90,000.
