Location: Greater London
Mizuho is seeking a Loan Agency Associate to support the management of the full lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating loan documentation, coordinating deal onboarding, and ensuring accurate operational delivery.
The ideal candidate will have agency/loans experience and strong communication skills. They will work closely with borrowers and lenders within a collaborative Loan Agency function, offering exposure to complex transactions.
