Commercial Finance Specialist

The Commercial Architect will act as the commercial lead on major client pursuits, shaping deal structures, financial models, and commercial strategies for multi‑tower service offerings. The role requires strong commercial judgement, advanced modelling capability, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into commercially viable solutions.

This is a client‑facing position, supporting sales teams with commercial thought leadership, risk management, and innovative pricing approaches to maximise win probability and long‑term profitability.

• Lead commercial design for medium‑to‑large client opportunities, ensuring profitability, risk clarity, and alignment with client objectives.
• Build and own deal P&Ls, cashflow forecasts, pricing structures, and financial models.
• Prepare commercial sections of client proposals and present commercial strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Work with legal teams to align commercial and contractual terms, ensuring risks are mitigated and contingencies applied.

• Lead internal commercial reviews with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and approval processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit and commercial sign‑off.

• Act as the commercial point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and legal to shape favourable commercial outcomes.
• Attend client meetings (virtual and in‑person) to support deal shaping and negotiation.
• Provide commercial insight on taxation, logistics, cross‑border considerations, and FX (supported by SMEs).

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial management or commercial architecture within a multinational environment.
• Strong track record building complex managed‑services commercial models and multi‑tower P&Ls.
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or related discipline.
