About the Role

Are you a part-qualified or qualified GI actuary with strong capital modelling skills? Are you seeking to carve out a career in model validation alongside modelling for Insurance‑linked Securities? This is an exceptional opportunity to manage (or assist with) the technical aspects of allocated P&C client assignments, developing and maintaining a high standard of knowledge and understanding of capital modelling, primarily with internal models, in both a Lloyd’s and non‑Lloyd’s context.

Disseminating your knowledge to colleagues and, where appropriate, clients, you will apply it to deliver best practice as well as innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems.

• Technically credible and commercial with strong people skills.
• Ideally London Market experience and a consultancy or industry background.
• Excellent practical experience of all aspects of capital modelling, including internal model validation and the Lloyd’s Capital Return process.
