- The Role I'm working with a leading Production Agency to appoint an experienced FP&A Director / Commercial Finance Director on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will oversee forecasting, financial planning and commercial performance across the business, providing strategic insight to support growth and decision-making. This is a highly analytical, internally-focused position, ideal for a commercially-minded finance leader who excels in business partnering and advanced financial modelling, making an immediate impact in a dynamic business.

- Key Responsibilities Partner with the CFO on commercial strategy Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Redesign and develop advanced financial models to support decision-making and profitability Implement performance reporting dashboards and provide insights to senior stakeholders Implement and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance and key business metrics Produce meaningful management information and analysis for senior stakeholders Commercial Finance Director
- About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a Commercial Finance Director or senior commercial finance leadership role

Experience with in a similar industry (Production/Creative/Advertising/Marcomms/Media) Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential Strong forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis experience Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Available to start immediately or at short notice Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates with relevant finance experience will be contacted.
