Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) is a leading credit investor with a broad range of strategies including private investment grade, asset-based lending, public investment grade and high yield, sustainable resources, infrastructure debt, collateralized loan obligations, direct lending and opportunistic credit. BXCI’s Infrastructure & Asset-Based Credit Group (IABC) manages $90billion of assets under management and employs about 70 professionals across North America, Europe and Asia. The group focuses on commercial finance, consumer finance, leasing and infrastructure.

Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience that provides extensive exposure across the firm. Participants receive mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities and a deep immersion in Blackstone’s culture.

Summer Analysts in Blackstone’s Infrastructure & Asset-Based Credit Group work on a broad range of credit transactions, from asset‑based lending to corporate debt and infrastructure debt solutions. Investment structures span senior debt to common equity, offering interns the chance to craft innovative solutions that finance the real economy.

• Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and modelling to support investment decisions.
• Perform research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking across industries and companies.
• Develop presentations and draft investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including structuring and negotiations.
• Lead individual research projects focused on specific industries or companies.
• Participate in client and internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.

Applicants must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master’s student with an anticipated graduation date of Summer
