HireIQ is partnering with a leading Corporate Finance advisory firm to appoint a Senior Associate Transactions. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile M&A and transaction engagements, supporting a diverse client base ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to large corporate entities.

Joining an ambitious and collaborative team, you'll gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle while working closely with experienced Directors and Partners on complex, value-adding transactions.

• Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising transactions
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and buyer information packs
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence and market research
• Manage key work streams throughout live transactions
  
  Build strong relationships with clients, investors and professional advisors
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives

• Experience with in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deal Advisory
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in M&A and transactions
