Managing Director- North West Finance Shared Service Centre

Overview

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to join as Managing Director of the North West London (NWL) Trusts Local Finance Shared Services Centre (LFSSC).

• Oversee the operational management of the NWL Trusts Local Finance Shared Service Centre (LFSSC) and ensure effective implementation of national and local strategies.
• Lead and work across the 7 Trusts to provide operational and strategic leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality and value-adding finance function, providing a comprehensive, consistent finance transactional service across NWL.
• Identify and support further improvement opportunities and support approximately 2,200 budget holders and process approximately 650,000 invoices and credit notes annually.
• Provide transactional finance services including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Finance Systems, Treasury and aspects of Financial Accounting services using Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The LFSSC is a collaboration between 4 acute Trusts and 3 non-acute Trusts within the West and North London Integrated Care System, with a staffing establishment of around 60 WTE and an annual budget of about £6million.
