Job Description

We are seeking a senior associate to join the Digital Infrastructure team in London, with a focus on data centers, colocation, public cloud and artificial intelligence. The role involves significant client and investor interaction in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis. It also includes business development, contributing to the team’s expertise within the Digital Infrastructure sector and managing junior teammates.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and build valuation models for M&A transactions.
  • Prepare and present business plans and information memoranda to clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the entire deal lifecycle from originating opportunities to closing transactions.
  • Lead and collaborate with junior analysts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
  • Drive business development activities to expand the Digital Infrastructure footprint.
Requirements
  • 5–9 years of M&A experience in a lead advisory capacity.
  • Proven track record with M&A transactions across mid‑market deals.
  • Self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for building the Digital Infrastructure team.
  • Experience in Digital Infrastructure, Real Assets or capex‑intensive industries (beneficial).
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organization and project management, able to juggle multiple engagements.
  • Effective communicator able to lead teams and interact with senior stakeholders.
