Vice President - Private Equity

We are working with a Family office focused on principal investments across the full capital structure, from equity to distressed products.

It is a highly opportunistic by mandate, investing proprietary long-term capital across a broad range of sectors and geographies, unconstrained by a conventional fund structure. Its portfolio includes globally recognised consumer brands. The firm keeps a deliberately low profile and operates from several major financial centres.

A Vice President to take a central role in originating, executing and managing principal investments. The role offers meaningful ownership across the transaction lifecycle, direct access to senior decision makers, and the flexibility that comes with investing proprietary capital. Well suited to an investor who thrives in an unstructured, opportunity-led environment.

• Execute investments across the capital structure, from screening to completion
• Build financial models, valuations and returns analyses to underpin decisions
• Lead due diligence on complex, often cross-border situations
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior principals
• Support portfolio management and value creation, including consumer-facing assets
• Contribute to proprietary origination across sectors and geographies

• Investment banking background, ideally followed by private equity, fund or family office experience
• Consumer-facing sector experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead transactions across the capital structure, with strong modelling skills
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in an entrepreneurial setting
• Commercially astute, discreet, and strong academic credentials
