Our UK & Ireland Funds Tax team is fully integrated, collaborating across borders to assist clients in navigating critical tax issues related to private equity, ultimately leading to new business opportunities. Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, including some of the world’s most recognized brands and investment firms.

Clients rely on our tax strategies and compliance to inform their investment decisions and optimize financial performance. You will leverage your professional skills and experience to facilitate this, managing complex tax procedures across a diverse range of private equity clients. Your objective will be to empower clients to reach their full potential—and you can anticipate doing the same for yourself.

• Manage complex tax procedures across a diverse range of private equity clients.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver tailored tax strategies and compliance solutions.
