• Run and scale ETF trading strategies, trading and managing risk across ETF products
• Optimise execution quality, latency, and order placement
• Make real-time trading and risk decisions in fast-moving markets
• Work closely with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance existing systematic strategies
• Identify and implement new ideas to improve trading performance and profitability
• Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly
• Contribute to the development of new trading opportunities across products and regions

• Strong background in ETF market making and/or systematic ETF trading
• Proven experience running strategies with direct PnL responsibility
• Sound risk judgement and the ability to make decisions in real time
• Comfortable collaborating with researchers and developers to iterate on strategy performance
