Location: Greater London

Lead pre-screening and risk underwriting for complex transactions
Provide strategic insight to underwrite high-value transactions
Monitor and report on the Financial Sponsors and Funds portfolio
Act as a key partner for CIB business lines and Holding-level risk teams

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in credit risk management and underwriting
Deep understanding of the Financial Sponsors and Funds ecosystem
Expert knowledge of Lending and Derivatives products
Advanced financial modeling and structural analysis of complex credit transactions
Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Full professional proficiency in English is essential
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly valued
