Imperium Financial Recruitment Imperium Financial Recruitment is delighted to be representing a well-established and growing firm of Insolvency Specialists based in Cheshire , who are looking to appoint an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join their busy and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of Corporate Insolvency experience who is looking to further develop their skills and progress their career within a reputable and supportive practice.
The Role:
Working within a close-knit and highly experienced team, you’ll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure. You’ll be involved in all aspects of case management and play a key role in ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases , including Administrations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs). Draft and prepare all necessary documentation for case progression and statutory reporting. Liaise confidently with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process. Undertake investigations into company affairs, including director conduct reviews and asset realisation. Reconcile accounts, process receipts and payments, and maintain accurate case records.
Support senior team members and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
About You:
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Corporate Insolvency within a professional practice. Strong working knowledge of insolvency procedures and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Confident communicator with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. CPI qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous, but not essential. The
