Tax Manager

Pure Search are partnered with a multinational group in London looking to hire a UK Tax Manager to report into the Head of Tax.

• Lead the review and oversight of UK corporation tax compliance for a portfolio of 60+ UK entities, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
• Manage UK tax reporting and quarterly/annual tax provisioning using One Source, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and group reporting requirements.
• Own the UK Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) regime and wider UK tax compliance obligations, maintaining robust tax governance and controls.
• Provide pragmatic ad hoc UK tax advisory support on business transactions, restructurings, and operational matters, partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
• Manage relationships with external advisers, auditors and HMRC, supporting tax audits, enquiries and statutory reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in UK tax processes, controls and reporting while monitoring legislative changes and contributing to wider group tax initiatives.

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
• Ability to travel into the Central London office 2 days per week
• UK tax compliance experience from practice or in-house

This is an ideal role for someone looking to make their first move in-house from practice.

This is a full-time role, based in Central London 2 days per week, paying up to £80,000 + bonus.
