Location: Greater London
Specialist Risk Group (SRG) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the integration and stabilisation of newly acquired businesses. Acting as interim Head of Finance for acquisitions, you’ll ensure financial control, regulatory compliance, and a smooth transition into the Group’s operating model, typically across multiple projects during the contract.
You’ll oversee finance and IBA activity for acquired businesses, ensuring stability, strong controls, and alignment with Group
