Redstone Commodity Search are working with growing coffee trading house to hire a coffee trader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute physical coffee trading activities across African origins
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exporters, and customers
Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximise profitability
Monitor market trends, price movements, and supply and demand dynamics to support trading decisions
Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, finance, operations, and risk management

Key Qualifications

Proven experience trading green coffee, with a strong focus on African origins, especially Uganda.
Good understanding of coffee quality, logistics, contracts, and market fundamentals.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work across international markets.
Located or willing to relocate to London
