Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week) The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established and growing automotive business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented finance professional to become part of a busy finance team within a successful, multi-site organisation. This role would suit someone with previous purchase ledger or accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate financial administration.

Key Responsibilities Processing and logging supplier invoices Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records and documentation Preparing invoices for payment authorisation Processing supplier payments Posting and monitoring petty cash transactions Investigating and resolving supplier queries Producing finance and management reports Liaising with suppliers and internal departments Maintaining accurate supplier account information Supporting the wider finance team as required About You The successful candidate will ideally have:
