Financial Services Regulatory Associate (1–3 PQE) | London

I'm currently working with a leading international law firm that is looking to recruit a Financial Services Regulatory Associate with 1–3 years post‑qualification experience.

To be considered, you should have at least one year of dedicated experience advising on non‑contentious financial services regulatory matters, and must have experience advising regulated financial institutions such as banks, payment firms, fintechs, insurers, funds or consumer credit businesses. A solid understanding of the FCA Handbook, PRA Rulebook, the Financial Services and Markets Act and the Regulated Activities Order is required.
