Alternative Funds Tax AM – Big 4 London – Newly Qualified / Assistant Manager. This Big 4 firm is investing in its rapidly growing Alternative Funds Tax practice and is looking to hire talented tax professionals at newly qualified and Assistant Manager grade. The role offers a standout opportunity to join a high-growth team working with private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and real estate clients, with the flexibility to shape your role around your strengths and interests.

• Blend of compliance and advisory work across the full life-cycle of fund activity, including investor reporting, fund structuring, transaction analysis and advisory support throughout the fund life-cycle.

• Tailored role design to suit you, with options to specialise (e.g., Real Estate or Hedge Funds) or work across the full spectrum of clients. Balance between compliance and advisory projects can be adjusted to a 50/50 split or more advisory-focused as desired.

• Serve as a key client relationship holder, gaining exposure from day one while collaborating with specialist teams on complex technical matters, including high-value transactional tax work (Deals Tax team).

Newly Qualified CTA / ACA / CA with a broad corporate tax or financial services tax background and a keen interest in the Alternative Funds space.

• 2 days in office, with term-time only and part-time contracts available
• UK sponsorship available
• International applicants considered where strong sector technical experience can be demonstrated
