Job title: Relationship Director - Independent Schools
Location: London
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £92,701 - £109,060

- Lending from Term Loans to Working Capital Solutions such as Invoice Finance, Hire Purchase and Trade finance
- Deposits and a wide range of other services
- Grow the portfolio by bringing more of the bank's proposition to existing clients
- Develop business opportunities in the local market, representing the group in the professional community
- Be an ambassador for change; adopt tools to improve client and colleague experience and support the wider team to achieve goals
- At least 3 years+ experience in a Relationship Director role, ideally managing education clients
- Results-focused with personal accountability for delivering outcomes and adaptability to change
- New client acquisition: proficient at building and maintaining relationships, and winning higher-value new client relationships
- Specialist knowledge: credit and sector knowledge, use of digital tools to deliver excellent client experiences; identify ways to grow income, balance sheet and market share while managing risk
- People: growth mindset; use enablers that enhance the client experience and demonstrate value of a Face to Face Relationship Manager
- Risk management:
strong risk management skills with attention to detail and proactive risk anticipation
