Loan Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Operations Executive to support our operations, sales, and collections teams while helping streamline processes as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Send, review, and process KYC documentation.
• Prepare and review loan documentation.
• Verify completed loan files against internal checklists before submission to accounting.
• Prepare and submit funding requests.
• Assist with operational processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Perform initial fraud checks and identify potential risks or inconsistencies.
• Escalate suspicious applications and transactions when required.
• Assist the collections team with customer communications and collection-related emails.
• Support the sales team with renewal opportunities and customer account management.
