We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Specialist role in a Financial Services company based in London. The company is a market leader in Currency Management Software solutions and has been designated one of the quickest developing fintech firms.

• The ability to write and speak Chinese and English is essential
• A minimum of two years' work exposure as a compliance officer or in a similar role is required
• It would be advantageous if you have prior expertise in the financial services area, such as banking, FX payments, and knowledge of KYC processes and regulations
• Outstanding literal and spoken communication skills
• Capability to operate as a team member and contribute to the team and individual goals
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• The ability to prioritize competing needs
• Committed as well as solid judgment
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and graphs), as well as Microsoft Powerpoint
• Client management skills
• Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are required
• The ability to operate remotely as needed
