A bit about what you will do

Finance Assistants in our team play a crucial role in ensuring we process financial transactions accurately and timely, helping the hotel achieve optimum performance and meet credit targets.

  • Support Finance Supervisor with daily tasks including accounts payable and receivable, and expense management.
  • Conduct daily payment reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure invoices are correct and sent out promptly.
  • For all in-house accounts with direct billing terms, ensure that the direct billing details are properly set up and approved.
  • Monitor credit limits for all outstanding accounts.
  • Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Maintain accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

  • Strong communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
