Susquehanna's quantitative trading programme is our full‑time graduate programme that marks the start of an exciting and fast‑paced career in one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms. The programme is designed for intellectually curious individuals with a capacity to problem‑solve in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Complementing classroom‑based education, graduate quantitative traders are embedded on a trading desk, gaining exposure to strategies and managing risk within the first few months.
Run by a team of senior traders, the education is widely recognised as the best in the industry. Topics include ETF and options trading, game theory, and programming. No finance background required; we provide the necessary training.
