Oracle Payroll Administrator ()

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Payroll Administrator to join us at our London office, as a permanent member of our team. You'll play a critical, hands‑on role in a significant transformation programme—implementing a new cloud‑based ERP system, with your expertise focused squarely on the payroll function. Beyond project delivery, you will provide essential oversight to ensure the monthly Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) payroll cycle runs flawlessly.

This is a chance to secure a long‑term role with incredible work‑life balance benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of compliant payroll processes within the new ERP system implementation.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all payroll‑related requirements, legal compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance, HR, Programme Management, and third‑party implementation teams for successful project delivery.
  • Provide robust, hands‑on support to the BAU payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely monthly disbursement.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, robust testing scripts, and effective training materials to support the system transition and go‑live.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the permanent payroll function post‑implementation.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong technical payroll knowledge, ideally with significant experience in ERP, HRIS, or Finance system implementations.
  • A recognized accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) or a professional payroll qualification is essential.
  • Proven track record of success working on payroll transformation or complex system change projects.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem‑solving.
  • A resourceful professional able to work both independently and collaboratively in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
What You'll Get in Return
  • Competitive salary + annual bonus
  • Comprehensive Life and family Health Insurance coverage
  • Work from home on a Friday
  • 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Generous Flexi-time arrangements
  • All Travel costs
  • Excellent pension contributions
  • Ability to buy or sell annual leave
