In the CFO and Enterprise Value practice, we help CFOs and finance leaders use SAP‑enabled transformation to improve financial performance, strengthen control and unlock enterprise value. As a Manager you will lead work streams, shape finance process design and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead finance work streams within SAP S/4
HANA finance transformation programmes - Own end‑to‑end intercompany accounting design
- Drive intercompany close and reconciliation
- Act as finance design authority for intercompany processes
- Translate transfer pricing requirements into practical finance processes and SAP‑enabled solutions
- Facilitate design and decision workshops with finance, tax and treasury stakeholders
- Manage dependencies between intercompany processes and adjacent areas such as Record to Report, Supply Chain Finance, Group reporting and consolidation
- Work closely with SAP delivery teams while retaining ownership of finance outcomes and business requirements
- Support programme leadership through structured issue management, decision papers and progress reporting
- Contribute to CFO&EV practice development, including shaping intercompany and transfer pricing transformation approaches, supporting proposals and bids, developing reusable assets and points of view
- Strong experience delivering intercompany finance transformations within S/4
HANA programmes - Deep understanding of intercompany accounting processes, matching, reconciliation, clearing, netting, period‑end close and eliminations
- Understanding of enterprise structure impacts on intercompany design and reporting
- Experience or strong awareness of SAP intercompany capabilities (ICMR, RRICB, advanced intercompany billing concepts)
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms and operating models
- Ability to translate transfer pricing requirements into intercompany pricing logic, margin and markup models, operational finance processes
- Experience leading intercompany work streams through fit‑to‑standard discussions, finance process design, testing and deployment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, coordinating finance, tax and treasury perspectives
- Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi‑workstream SAP transformation environments
- Experience delivering intercompany and transfer pricing transformation as part of large‑scale SAP S/4
HANA finance programmes - A value‑led mindset linking intercompany improvements to faster close, reduced reconciliation effort, better margin and performance insight
- Exposure to PAPM concepts or tools (desirable but not essential)
- Confidence leading senior client discussions and facilitating complex design decisions
- Experience contributing to business development, including proposal support or shaping client opportunities
- Interest in building deep expertise in intercompany finance within CFO&EV, while developing broader finance transformation capability
- A collaborative leadership style, passion for developing team members and strengthening practice capability
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent industry experience
