The Role

As Media Finance Assistant / Accounts receivable you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the smooth running of accounts receivable activities while also assisting with wider finance operations. The role is a quick start roles ideally within 2 weeks.

Key responsibilities include of the Media Finance Assistant / Accounts receivable:

• Managing the Accounts Receivable inbox on a daily basis.
• Preparing and issuing monthly customer statements.
• Processing customer billing, ensuring internal approvals are obtained and invoices are issued within agreed deadlines.
