Auricoe is seeking an Associate to join its London-based portfolio management team, overseeing a portfolio of performing CRE investment and development loans across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with borrowers, facility agents and lenders through the full loan lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include managing post-close CRE loans, monitoring covenants, reviewing amendments, and coordinating drawdowns and refinancings with internal teams.
