Fin Sync Book  is seeking a Virtual CFO / Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial guidance to our clients. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping to help businesses plan for growth, manage cash flow, and make data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and client advisory. You should be comfortable working with business owners to translate financial data into actionable insights.

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of financial analysis or CFO advisory experience
• Strong background in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with budgeting and cash flow management
• Knowledge of fundraising and investor reporting
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience with multiple industries (SaaS, e-commerce, professional services)
• Strategic thinker with business acumen

As our Virtual CFO / Financial Analyst, you will:

• Develop financial models and forecasts for clients
• Analyze cash flow and optimize working capital
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and KPI dashboards
• Assist clients with budgeting and strategic planning
• Support fundraising efforts with investor-grade financials
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, service, or channel
• Advise clients on business structure and tax efficiency
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients
