- Client notifications - help draft content and incorporate necessary client communication notice periods into the master scheduling of ‘moving parts’.
- External vendor management - owning the relationship with external vendors responsible for the registration and publication of the prospectus, shareholder notices and other fund documentation.
- Implementation updates - coordinate periodic internal communication summarizing upcoming changes and implementation items to the various stakeholder groups impacted by a new fund and fund changes, bringing in the various SMEs where necessary.
- Together with the WMF Fund Product team, provide general fund expertise and act as subject matter expert to internal stakeholders for client-specific queries that cannot be fielded by client or fund service teams, such as specific information on fund documentation changes and shareholder communications.
