This is a highly visible position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence regulatory and risk management practices across the wider business.What you'll need to succeed

• At least five years' UK regulatory experience gained within professional services, legal, accountancy or a regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML, CDD, anti-bribery and corruption, and data protection requirements.
• Experience supporting risk governance, risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to compliance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in regulatory developments and best practice.
