Overview
Support the Senior FPA Manager with regular performance analysis covering all KPIs and the full P&L, with a focus on improving performance. Support monthly performance review calls alongside the Senior FP&A Manager by preparing reports/presentations and attending calls. Support the delivery of the annual planning cadence by forecasting and budgeting for the business unit, covering a complex mix of products and markets.
Act as a trusted commercial finance partner to senior stakeholders, helping to build a holistic picture of performance and using insights to influence decision-making. Continually monitor performance across financial and non-financial areas, spotting risks and uncovering growth opportunities.

- Support the delivery of the annual planning cadence by forecasting and budgeting for the business unit, covering a complex mix of products and markets.
- Act as a trusted commercial finance partner to senior stakeholders, helping to build a holistic picture of performance and using insights to influence decision-making.
- Continually monitor performance across financial and non-financial areas, spotting risks and uncovering growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in a commercial finance/FP&A function (e.g., FP&A Analyst or Commercial Analyst).
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel (complex financial/KPI modelling).
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships; able to explain financial jargon to all stakeholders.
- Proactive with a high-ownership mindset.
- Open to learning and development; working towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) is desirable.
