  • Ensure customer records are accurate, complete, and maintained in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to obtain outstanding documentation and resolve KYC-related queries.
  • Identify and escalation potential financial crime, sanctions, or reputational risks to senior members of the compliance team.
  • Assist with periodic KYC reviews, remediation projects, and ongoing customer due diligence activities.
  • Support transaction monitoring investigations and other AML-related activities as required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of AML, Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), sanctions, and other relevant regulatory obligations.
  • Assist with a variety of KYC, AML, and Financial Crimes Compliance initiatives and projects as needed.
About You
  • Previous experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Financial Services, Banking Operations, or an administrative role is desirable but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop within Financial Crimes Compliance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering a strong culture of compliance.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Professional development and certification support.
