Senior Investment Specialist ​/ Portfolio Manager, Structured Credit

• Modelling and evaluating investment opportunities in bespoke transactions across a diverse opportunity set (CMBS, Speciality Finance, CLOs, RMBS, etc).
• Presenting findings to assist senior members of the team in making investment decisions.
• Assisting senior members of the team with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders as required, including but not limited to:
  Compliance, Legal, Risk, Investment Committee.
• Support any other investment opportunities and investment management activities for the Secured Finance Group from time to time as required.

• 6+ years of experience at an asset management company or bank.
• Strong investment analysis experience, with a background in the structured credit asset class.
• Strong interest in Financial Markets.
• Experience in Excel Modelling / VBA.
• Familiar with Bloomberg / Intex.
• Flexible and comfortable with changing priorities depending on workload.
• Execution and detail oriented whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Able to work well independently, and take direction as required.
• Highly quantitative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in technology and how tools such as AI can support internal processes and better outcomes for clients.

Demonstrates strong investment analysis capabilities with a focus on structured credit asset classes, utilizing advanced Excel modeling and VBA skills. Possesses a keen interest in financial markets and technology, leveraging tools like Bloomberg and Intex to enhance investment management activities.
