Finance Assistant ​/ Finance Apprentice

University Schools Trust is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Team. We are open to appointing either an experienced Finance Assistant or an aspiring Finance Apprentice
, depending on your skills and experience

• Process invoices, purchase orders and payments
• Support financial administration and reconciliations
• Assist budget holders and colleagues with finance queries
• Help maintain accurate financial records and controls
• Work alongside experienced finance professionals across our Trust

• Permanent contract
• Suitable for candidates with finance or administrative experience
• London Living Wage
• Fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship
• Fully supported apprenticeship programme
  
  Opportunity to progress into a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance and organisational needs

• Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoys working with numbers and systems
• Has GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Is eager to learn and develop professionally
