A new ETF Operations specialist position has come live at a well-established, city-based, multi-billion AUM Asset Manager.

Acting as the ETF Subject Matter Expert, you ll own infrastructure escalations across the ETF ecosystem and serve as the key link between internal Operations, front office, and external stakeholders including Brokers, exchanges, custodians, and vendors.

This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who thrives on managing complex operational relationships and driving resolution across a fast-paced ETF environment, with oversight spanning the full Trade Lifecycle
- Bookings, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, and Settlements.

The successful candidate will bring 3-6 years  experience within ETF Operations or ETF Client Services, along with strong Trade Lifecycle knowledge and a solid understanding of how ETF workflows influence wider operational processes. Confident relationship management is essential, as is the ability to engage senior stakeholders under pressure and remain composed and solutions-focused when managing escalations.

Coding skills, such as VBA, Python, or SQL, would be advantageous but are not essential.
