Financial Manager, Corporate Finance, VP/Director of Finance, CFO
Role Summary
The Chief Finance Officer is Curve's most senior finance leader and a critical business partner to the CEO. The role is accountable for the full spectrum of financial stewardship: commercial insight & planning, financial control & reporting, compliance, cash & treasury management, and the structure & development of the finance function. This is not a pure accounting role: the CFO will help shape commercial decisions, not just report on them.
The CFO owns Curve's financial operations end to end, while also driving the analytical and strategic work that helps the business make better decisions: unit economics, scenario modelling, ARR health, pricing and investment cases. Technical statutory work (corporation tax, statutory accounts) is managed through external advisers; the CFO owns those relationships and ensures Curve meets all obligations.
The CFO leads the finance team, sets the function's standards & processes, and ensures Curve's financial infrastructure is robust and scalable as the business grows. This will be the first finance hire for Curve as it builds out dedicated finance capabilities post divestment.
