Investment Banking Associate (FIG M&A) Advisory FIG Sector (Asset / Wealth Management & Insurance) Level: Associate 1 or 2
Our client, an Elite Boutique investment bank with global coverage, is actively hiring an Associate to join their growing FIG Advisory (mergers and acquisitions / M&A) team in London.
Requirements for consideration- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
- Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Completed sell-side transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
