Corporate Finance Junior Associate – London
Join our London team as a Corporate Finance Junior Associate, where you’ll be part of transactions from inception through to completion. You will build financial models, conduct valuations, prepare client materials and support due diligence under senior mentorship—all while working across a broad range of digital & tech-enabled businesses.

We are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Junior Associate in our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst who is ready to progress to the next level or an existing Junior Associate.
Specifically in a transaction, the role will include:
- Work with management teams to collect, review and present financial, commercial and operational information.
- Build, maintain and refine detailed financial models, including operating models.
- Build specific buyer and investor lists.
- Prepare high-quality client materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda, management presentations and transaction updates.
- Support due diligence processes, including data room preparation, Q&A management, financial analysis and coordination with clients, counter parties and third-party advisers.
- Assist with EV-to-equity bridges, working capital analysis, funds flow and related transaction documentation under senior guidance.
Specifically in business development and market intelligence, the role will include to:
- Support business development through sector research, buyer mapping, investor targeting and the preparation of sector specific reports.
- Maintain proprietary valuation and other information databases.
- Contribute to presentations prepared for specific transaction opportunities.
Skills Required
As a Junior Associate, you will be expected to combine strong analytical capability with sound judgement, attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple work streams.
- Excellent skills in financial analysis, accounting, valuation and Excel modelling.
- Familiarity with research tools such as S&P Capital IQ or similar platforms.
- Ability to prepare clear, persuasive and well-structured written materials.
- Strong attention to detail, able to produce accurate work under time pressure.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence working in a small, high-performing team.
- Ability to manage several work streams at once and prioritise effectively.
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism.
- Practical understanding of appropriate AI tools and prompting techniques.
Experience Required
The candidate will have:
- 2-4years of relevant experience in a blue-chip company in corporate finance, transaction services, valuations, strategic finance, investments or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent are advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to the Digital & Tech space is advantageous, but not essential
