VP Investment Banking - Infrastructure M&A | Bulge Bracket

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A mandates (sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory) across the infrastructure sector.
• Manage deal teams

The Role

As a VP, you will:

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A mandates (sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory) across the infrastructure sector.
• Manage deal teams

• Own client relationships

• 6-9 years of investment banking experience
  , ideally with a strong focus on Infrastructure M&A at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier European bank.
• Demonstrable track record of leading live transactions end-to-end.
• Deep sector knowledge across one or more infrastructure sub-sectors (digital, energy transition, transport, utilities).
• Strong technical foundation - M&A, LBO, and DCF modelling
  , valuation, and structuring.
• Excellent client-facing skills
  , commercial judgement, and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Strong academic background; MBA/CFA a plus but not required.
