CBRE is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Loan Recovery team within Debt and Structured Finance. The role focuses on enforcement work, including acting as Fixed Charge Receiver, taking control of property and determining strategies to recover lenders’ money.
You will advise lenders, lead junior colleagues, manage multiple projects, and coordinate asset management and sales processes to maximise value for creditors.
