Senior Tax Manager – HNW Private Clients

Advise HNW multi-generational families as a key member of one of London’s award-winning Private Client Tax teams.

Undertake a broad range of income tax, CGT, IHT and succession planning work as a key trusted adviser. Work alongside some of the profession’s most respected advisers and be supported with progressing your career towards Director grade.

Our client has a built a strong reputation in the personal tax and trusts fields. They look after domestic and international HNWIs, old and new money, their families, trust structures and associated businesses. Their Private Client team continues to grow and they are keen to appoint a CTA qualified Senior Tax Manager to advise on income and capital taxes planning and complex compliance.

The personal tax work on offer is high quality and broad ranging including the use of FICs, trusts and partnerships to manage family wealth. Some of the clients are international in nature, so an awareness of the FIG regime and residence issues is important.

You’ll be looking for a client-facing, advisory-focused role where you can work alongside high-profile Partners on a broad range of personal tax planning, succession and structuring projects. You’ll also be happy to roll your sleeves up and to review complicated compliance associated with your clients.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and sociable team-orientated environment, offering high-quality private client tax work. Based in the City of London, the role offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week. Salary will be dependent on experience (the role would suit a Senior Manager seeking a new challenge, or a Manager looking to make the step up to SM grade), but is likely to be in the region £80k-£95k + bonus + benefits.
