We are an ambitious, growth‑oriented employee benefits intermediary based in the South, looking to expand our client portfolio.
RoleManage a portfolio of smaller SME and mid‑market clients for an established wealth‑management client. The role involves a mix of desk‑based and face‑to‑face advice, building and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
Responsibilities- Provide tailored benefits advice and support to a portfolio of SME and mid‑market clients.
- Deliver desk‑based and face‑to‑face advice, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Advise on corporate benefits and support client portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with the wealth‑management client team to deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience as an Associate Benefits Consultant or Junior Benefits Consultant.
- Proven track record in a client‑facing role within an intermediary.
- Strong ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships.
- Driven to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
