Job Description:

As a Graduate Wealth Manager, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of wealth management. No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds who demonstrate a strong interest in finance, investment, and client relationship management.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess clients' current financial situations and develop personalised investment strategies to help them achieve their objectives.

Portfolio Management: Assist in the construction and management of investment portfolios, utilising a range of asset classes and investment vehicles to optimise returns while managing risk.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment advice and recommendations to clients.

Client Communication: Communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and market insights to clients through regular meetings, presentations, and written reports.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to professional development and obtaining relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) is desirable but not essential.
